Contact us via email or telephone. Tell us what kind of work you want done on your photograph

Mail us the original photograph (all photographs will be returned) and payment if you wish to prepay to speed up the process

When the work is complete, we will email you a sample proof of the finished product

If you are satisfied with the result, send us your payment if you have not prepaid

When we receive your payment, we will send you back your photograph, a CD containing the digital version of your photograph, and any prints you may have ordered.
|
|
The digital CD will contain the original scan of the photo, plus multiple copies of the finished product in a variety of formats. If you need any specific formats, we can include them as well. Your CD will be completely compatible with Windows, if you do not have a Macintosh, have no fear. If your data exceeds 700 MB, it will be stored on DVD instead.
Your sample proof will have the word "SAMPLE" across it in transparent letters and will be a lower resolution than the final product. The quality of the Refinishing will be apparent, but the photo will not be usable. The final product you receive will be of the utmost quality.
